The DH Mosuito is regarded by many as the finest war plane of world war 2. Some think that it was the aircraft that won the war. This versatile aircraft combined beauty, speed, maneuverability, firepower, range, and bomb load into the ultimate fighter bomber. Largely made from wood the Mosquito was known as the wooden wonder.
